The equestrian center The ponies of Sophie is located in Fréjus in the Var, Saint-Aygulf, south of the ponds of Villepey. It is located in a vast wooded area, in a peaceful setting conducive to relaxation and reconnection with nature. Upon your arrival, you will be delighted with the reception received. Your children will be able to approach horses and ponies, and observe them freely. Toddlers will enjoy a walk in hand, a great way to become comfortable with equines. The aim of the courses is to make riders aware of the fragility of horses, to help them understand their horses and to participate in daily tasks. Equitherapy is a very effective form of therapy for people with physical or mental disabilities, especially for children with autism. Through the horse, they learn to communicate with an animal that does not judge them, while strengthening their self-esteem.
